Crafted by Maison Ferrand master blender Alexandre Gabriel, Plantation Guatemala & Belize Gran Añejo is an elegant Central American blend that combines column-still rums from Guatemala and Belize. The Guatemalan rum, distilled from sugarcane syrup, ages three years in bourbon casks, while the Belizean molasses rum matures for four to six years. Following initial tropical aging, the blend is transported to France for an additional year of finishing in French oak Ferrand Cognac casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Bottled at 42% ABV in a 70cl presentation, it delivers a smooth, structured profile with rich vanilla, fruit, and light oak spice.
